Able to speak English (Fluent English)

I've scrimmed against the gods of NA dota, closed qualifier attenders, MJW stackers Prestige World Wide, surely I meet requirements?
So speaking English is a requirement? I only speak American. Dam. And I hate dota and my life dam. This thread just depresses me.
