yes that happen to me once long ago in ranked game, i use vengeful spirit, i got dc in the middle of the game for more than 5 min, then when i come back, i keep playing, my team win, and i got +25 instead -25, and no abandon.

So i just had this game where my ogre was disconnected from the picking phase (its even written "connection failure, returning to matchmaking" on the screen). But the game is played anyway, thinking it would be safe to leave right after he automatically abandon (5 min dc) and the game wouldnt be counted. But surprise-surprise, 17 mins into the game this ogre didnt get his abandon (he wasnt coming back, at all), we played without any gold advantage, 4v5, not even a safe to leave (so we could leave the awful game). Sometimes i dont understand valve, smh.
