Well, there's also the MMR erasers. I mean those peeps who abandon a ranked game and their team still wins, erasing some mmr points because the abandoner gets nothing.

Although tbh I prefer to keep Solo low and have a normal party mmr... Makes it all the more sweeter during party stacks when you ask the opposing team who are 4k+ how they lost to a 69 mmr garbage can.
I'm sure you have to do more than actively afk so that your team loses. Even intentional feeding might not guarantee a loss am I right?
But afking gives the enemy team more time to fuck around and not end the game, so it's more tiring
