emergence of ranged safelaners such as LD weaver omni gets zoned out (if they know how to punish you)
meta meelee carries such as jugg and naix + a ranged support can decently outlane you with their sustain in lane.
Perhaps he would work against weak safelaners.

hes hardly a weak laner especialyl if yo u show up to lane with a ton of regen and stout instead of soul ring recipe or whatever garbage people build
wtf no u just get utility shit like greave shiva blink pike refresh etc and get carried because u have a 500 hp heal at 25 and are really strong in fights at all stages of the game
it has th eabaddon effect -- the enemy team cannot win fights because of ur spells and they cannot focus u because ur tanky with greaves so u get like a 13 min rosh and take all towers then its gg
For a laugh i used to love carry omni. good old days of ret pala in wow.

Omni carry is good. Trust me... 100% winrate with carry omni. Even got a triple rampage one time. Won over ta mid lul. Aaaaand it was back in 1-2k lmao
But srsly hes really fucking funny to play as core.
Ive seen it in my games a couple of times, its not bad but its not good either.
Good as abusable for mmr
