Not sure of what exactly you're asking but generally it's a good idea to watch replays of your own games, identify your mistakes, and better yourself as a player. If you're looking to play Kunkka better then I suggest you watch some pro level players play Kunkka and practice. Only way you'll become more proficient at a certain hero is by playing them more.
Also, no point in artificially inflate a friend's mmr if they're just going to play on that account. It'll just return to normal after they lose more in a mmr range that they don't belong in. It's especially a waste of your and his time altogether if you're just going to boost his party mmr, which is completely irrelevant.
