Play am like jugg when u get hotd. Item is like jugg too. When to do it? U need early teamfighting power
Not sure. But make sense to get it before for stats for Ez rotations into jungle, since u don't have stats anymore

after BF you don't want cheap items that gives little raw stats, you've already skip the goodness of creeps too long
You get to send the creep around the map and help team in early game, I don't think it can follow you
The passives it gives makes you farm faster in jungle than having a Perseverance
I dislike the idea of HotD on AM though :/
Unless you had a bad laning phase, a rushed BF will still be better
well this patch u pretty much need to fight earlier than usual because the games are more tempo-based, and hotd helps with that because it provides decent stats + a really good active that can do lots of stuff:
-solo kills with purge creep
-creep skipping with ice ogre
-wolf creep for 5 man pushing towers and fighting early (if u have an aura buffer summoner does this really well too i think)
also almost all creeps can tank roshan
better early game item for AM is vanguard imo since it falls in AM's natural item progression, sure ur bf timing will be delayed but at least its not an item that you have to sell later on plus vanguard gives u cushion to survive against burst dmg and blink out.
hotd on the other hand delays bf timing AND u will have to sell it later on. I think they should change it so that has an upgrade item
hotd makes u farm all game no need to base combined with bf and raindrop u have mana too so u just need to survive and farm and get items fast
alwsys go bf sometimes u dominate early game and want finish fast wuhout bf but it can go wrong and ur team fail hg and then u gona be in trouble , so bf is a must manta too and abysal
Rush your dominator after BF it is like Vlads in old patches but it actually helps you fight.
