If you are against tinker mid you need to go Quas Wes not Quas Exort. You will lose almost everytime as Quas Exort unless you are consierably better than your opponent. Usually you buy urn phase forcestaff/blink then orchid.
just focus more on quas than on exort in <10 minutes and u are fine, quas gives u more than a free tango for lane
buy a blink bkb and combo him XD ez game lolz

I'm from 2k bracket and i've owned tinker with 4k solo while partying with my friends couple of times.. basically when they pick tinker i pick invoker!!
Laning phase i send my spirit from behind and as it gets near to the tinker i cast sunstrike then walk in cold snap!! EZ kill
Latter phase when i see him rocket i just use my ss real quick to the area where the rocket came from then following by deafening blast meteor coldsnap; if he gets hit by my ss!!
I don't really depend on items while playing invoker
But i think linken's sphere is better than bkb for invoker in most cases unless they have massive aoe disablers!!
Tornado deafening blast sunstrike and cold snap are my fav against tinker

ye just ban tinker at the start of every ranked, its always annoying to play with and against him
I don't think I've played against a tinker or as tinker recently... The only ban material in 2k is treant, necro and luna
