Your behavior score is terrible, so you have been placed with other toxic players - who are most often immature children who curse, or fill the chat with "jajaja"
Just keep playing, mute everyone, and politely give suggestion's on ward placement, and positioning for your teammates.
Ex:
"Hey, a ward here would be helpful."
"Jugg, can you hang back and not farm there? No vision and all are missing."
"Lion, hang back this fight so you can get those stuns off!"
Simple, polite communication, ESPECIALLY when you are playing with toxic team mates can often change the atmosphere of the game.
And yes, I need help with this. Its alot easier said then done.

Beh score is a myth. Ask VHS 9k beh score players.
behavior score does affect mm at all (im 9.6)
im not 100% sure about the queue times though, i'm talking only about ppl u get matched with.
but i highl doubt the q time depends on beh score tbh.
^me behaviour score dropped to around 4k and I still have really fast queue time
when I am not in LPQ that is
It might affect queue time BECAUSE they are purposely looking for more toxic players to place you with.
Makes sense to me at least.
@OP, again, best way to find better DotA is to just mute people, be polite, and avoid flaming, cursing, or whatever else could affect behavior score.
I know when i drop to 7kbehaviour score because the game is almos unplayble, them i stoped using all chat and become nice to everyone.
I am playing in low prio with a score of 9060 and its the best thing happened to me.... You do the weirdest builds but everyone has fun^^

In most of the games you face kids who abandon games very easily, trolling the entire game, raging and flaming from min 1.
I used to see these issues before 7.00 but after 7.00 it seems you playing with entirely a different community full of kids!
Check Dota2 in steam, most ppl quit playing after 7.00 and the community is now full of toxic ppl and kids. This is what Volvo intended to do with doto after all? To turn it into a downgraded game with zero fun? ...
