i don't think that tb needs a strong trilane any more than most other safelane heroes. the enemy won't always have sd mirana, and even when they do 5ks will fuck that up. last high avg game i played i ended up walking out of three disruption arrow combos because they were not crisp at all

plus if ur talking about some nightmare scenario where you lost all ur lanes to this godly roaming duo the only hero that will help you win more than tb is sniper/tinker, both of which are good heroes but more vulnerable to the roaming combo / losing lane than the 10 base armor high base regen TB

ur assuming that some retards picking a low tempo offlaner with no antipush like slardar against sd luna as well, and not an underlord which has much stronger 1v1 potential
