lvl 10 +8% spell amp vs +90 gpm

sounds good but i lvl up the spell amp, and when i check my magic dmg amp it shows only 3.2%.. is this talent multiplicative? or is not shown on your int. HUD?

u do see it on the hud, not where the int is but at the top
