Depends a bit on how you play the hero but as a general rule of thumb bad players die way too much on cores and end up with bad KDA as a result. Even in a losing game as pos 1 you shouldn't die too much.
well it depends on the hero, and also on the playstyle. tho generally theres some correlation between kda and how well you do, its not always the case. u can have bad kda on a hero but still have a high winrate. what does that tell you?
i fucking ks as much as possible- i dont feel bad.
i need xp and gold.
i need to win.
i need +25 mmr
AND ZEUS 5.83 KDA
When I started playing Dota about 4 years ago all I did was troll around and talk in all chat so my KDA is awful lol and lots of feed. Winrate does help yes and is probably a bigger factor. So if someone is learning a hero they really don't play of course they will have a harder time. Just wanted your guys opinions lol. Thanks
Edit - Some guy apologized to me because I got killed and he said he didn't want to KS the kill when we ganked. I said I really didn't care as long as we got the kill, but different for everyone else I guess its different. Must be a support thing (;

I used to play DotA @iccup and they had their own KDA formula (KILL+ASSISTS/2)/DEATHS. Basically it valued KILLS over ASSISTS. So, here @dotabuff they have (KILLS+ASSISTS)/DEATHS it means KILL = ASSIST for KDA?
^yes
average MMR is 2.2k or some shit, that's why global stats have nothing to do with reality

Just a silly question... I guess lol...
How do you guys feel about global average KDA's of heroes? Do you think that if your average KDA for that specific hero is like an indicator that you generally perform better and if it's lower you still need a bit of room to improve? I know that KDA isn't everything but you know, this is just one of those "shower thought" questions.
