I think manta > sny in almost any situation, yet even u if dont facing enemies with debuf the images from manta deal huge damages rather than sny. If u love the slow from sny, u can buy diffusal blade after manta or skadi ( but it's need a long time to get ) or probably a skull basher if u meet high mobility enemys such as blinker. Those item needed when you lack of killing running enemies which is lack of disabler in your team.
If u see the current builds now, there is almost no pro player buying sny in jugg. They prefer manta and going mael to mjolnir or difus.

thanks for the advice and i understand in higher bracket getting initiate on enemy is so much harder as they understand each pro and cons their own hero as well the enemy that build become staple but if u see my dotabuff i win most of my game with the different and odd build
the main reason im getting sny because it synergize well with shadowblade/silver as it boost my ms by alot...i usually manage to shutdown enemy carry hitter easily than having manta diff and when that happen the game simply to win as the carry dies so quick and the enemy team unable to fight back

actually manta on jugg is pretty good in vs carry and vs support paired with a diffusal plus the wtf talent tree of jugg

i mostly play jug...understand that if there is enemy silencer,ns,puck etc wit silence that need to be dispel by manta i should i get 1 but if there is no such line up in enemy i prefer going sny..this 1 game my kda was fine n i even make contribution on crucial teamfight they still triggered n tilted by my sny build and such backwards thinking really make me mad...sry for my english not my main language...4k guys 4k thinking like 3 digit MMR !!!!!!!!!
