Both talents are scary
I just checked and realized Terrorblade's talent tree is actually too good compared to other hard carries

Because if you have to Sunder twice in a fight as a lvl 25 TB you might as well lose anyways so +15 stats makes you stronger avoiding getting disabled and burst out in fight before you get to Sunder
But if played carefully 10s CD Sunder is just... Terror.
because u either kill everyone in 10 seconds or lose the fight, -30s cd sunder very rarely comes into play if ur opponents aren't retarded
Or maybe you don't kill everyone, but they should all be low by time it comes off cd and sunder won't help you. Sunder works well to start a fight cus they throw everything at you and you sunder their carry and kill him or sunder a support sitting off away at full hp. If everyone's low 10s later it doesn't do much.
10sec cooldown sunder sound strong in paper, but truth be said, if u need to sunder more than 1 time, most probably u are losing and lose anyway..
if you use manta illusions as portable 100% hp sunders and hide them at the start of fights it has decent potential
the extra stats are better imo
@JDF8 thinking better, not necesary most be used offensively, lets suppose u are super strong (6 slot) and enemy cant beat you 1 vs 1, but they constantly RAPE ur team, and once u are solo, there's nothing to do.. then u can save ur team from diying to fast, recover with satanic, and then sunder again offensively/defensively (whatever the situtions need)
but i guess, once again, sounds TO GOOD, but in game wont happen
