make a ticket (message including your photos) to steam, there is a section specialy for reporting this.

Ergo these bots - even though they lose - they get high Fantasy points resulting in a high calib. ~4700 From there a booster takes over that plays either A.) Tinker B.) Invoker C.) Storm for a couple of games. These players ain't gods - we are talking high 5k, low6k mmr players who have a very limited hero pool due to this work.
Since demand is ever growing in the account market and suppliers get busted, with lower supply than demand they have to automate as much as possible. Also the avg booster has a measly hourly fee of $1-2. You gotta be damn exceptional if you want to be among the chosen few that can boost up to 6-7k and sell the big fishes (this requires weeks - hence they cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars, the higher you go).
