It might be thouse problem,why don't you bring it to a service shop to check?
Its just graphics cardcard. U test it by removing the card and playing in integrated graphics.

General DiscussionBlack screens while playing, help needed
im getting black screen while playing or at main menu, in dota, i can still play and control everything and audio is still working as well. i just can't see because my screen is black.

8GB (2x4GB) Transcend DDR3 1600Mhz

i already tried updating my drivers and deleting and reinstalling drivers fresh. didn't work. window mode didn't work either. i hope u can help me
