No wonder you got LP. You only play Party Ranked @4k-5k so technically your 7k MMR is like 5.5k-6k because it would deflate if you would start playing solo ranked, which you refuse to do. I would keep reporting as well. All of your solo Ranked matches are from 5 months ago and you played like 10, you might even have a bought account LUL.

I know that feel bro, Ive got 4 lp games with 11 wins 2 loses score. Im toxic, I flame alot but still games are won not ruined. The whole system is jsut not fair for droping people lp for flames. I would rather be muted for 72h than having lp for winning games. Feelsbadman.
