afaik when i talked to him you download something and then open it (its a hidden virus in a picture)
i opened the link as well for a short bit but closed the window right away, so not sure

If it tried to start a download and you stopped it then its probably okay. Wouldn't hurt to run a virus scan just to be sure. Having Steam Guard will protect your steam items pretty well but it wont protect your computer from other shady shit. I'm not going to open that link so I cant be sure about what it is.
