depends on which position support you are playing in general, and also just looking at how mana hungry your team is.

You need at least one arcanes in your team generally, so buy it if no one else has one.
arcana for team
tranquil + soul ring for self
very usefull on jakiro and ogre (cuz they need the mov speed and both are super tough)
