Reworked Howl? The real crime here is that Juggernaut probably does so much healing with Ward by a ward margin, sad thing is the healing is attributed to the Healing Ward not Juggernaut himself. Should be changed imo.
Its actually stupid that they dont do self healing for non dotabuff plus member. Yeah there are thing to change for jugg ward. I dont know if necro count as hero damage too.
Last time I checked Winter Wyvern's heal didn't count as one. Same for Treant's Living Armor (but not the seed).
And how about timber?

(only bloodstone but healing only for himself I guess?)
when usingbloodstone's active a percentage (not rly sure how it works) of your health will heal ur allies around you in an aoe
