BM return shall be a percent of the damage cause it can be abused alot comparing to its very low price and component
maybe a very small nerf to pipe (increase cost of recipe) as some of magic damage based hero are kinda of bad because of it
Bkb should have a constant 6 second duration, Linkens should not give stats. Dominator should give +5 all stats
or bkb should refresh duration when bought again. for those 80 minute games where bkb is the most important item in your inventory

For me blademill I think spell immunity should negate it's affects again but that's just me. So sick and tired of shitty pudge and bloodseeker players getting away with stupid shit, only because you can't hurt them thanks to valves new early late game item blademill.
