Btw i've tested PA offlane several time on faceit (EU server) and it works great! Enemy support will have to leave safelane at some point to roam mid and help their offlane and PA can literally rekt any safelane farmer! If enemy support decides to stay safelane forever then still your team will be at nice advantage and I don't think PA is much of an item dependent hero when played as an offlaner LUL GGWP

Centaur for a blink stun. easier to lane than slardar, acomplishes much the same thing.
Dankseer is the most reliable in terms of 'I don't want to get zoned' style.
Honerable mention to bristleback, who seems to be pretty legit this patch, as he's good vs MK, tree and luna.
Underlord is just a monster, but you may struggle to get the ball rolling.
Batrider is just and forerver will be a monster.

Beasmaster with dominator and Doom work great for me, good for solo offlane or dual offlane. In 3k games lul.

Any offlaner that is tanky enough, puts pressure on the enemy all the time, has low cooldowns and can always fight. Pretty much all the honorable mentions are said in above posts. Choose accordingly to the matchups.

you can boost accounts and end games in 15 min with broodmother and shes even stronger in this patch but skillcap is even higher than meepo or arc warden IMO so i created a smurf to boost my bm skills.You are not gonna get an actual answer here tho

for cm, the best hero for offlane is pitlord. Most banned hero in pro scene right now.

I play offlane and non-offlane heroes in the offlane. The best ones this patch that will actually allow you to get farm is Axe, Underlord, Dark Seer, Tidehunter, Void, and Nyx. Sometimes I will play Spirit Breaker or Night Stalker for fast levels solo offlane if I know that my ganks will be succesful and their shit carry won't do anything with freefarm against SB/Night Stalker like AM/PA/Ember/etc. Weaver, Clinkz, Mirana, Riki, Necro etc. are 2k heroes that offlane and are not punished that never work in anything above 4k. Slardar, Sand King, and Centaur can easily be zoned out of the lane and can't do anything without a blink and in this fighting patch, you need to fight.

he has no way to abuse his shrine except when he gets zoned out

sk slard and cent can just spam their spells at lv 2/3, empty the enemy regen, and undo all the zoning done to u in 5 mins without using any consumable by simply rclicking ur shrine

and how are u not getting quick daggers when u get 2 camps + a bounty rune (or 2 if u giga-win ur lane). u literally just doubleedge/burrowstrike/crush the camps lol
