If enemy has a lot of purges/force staffs, sheep instantly gets worse. Enemies can turn around, get forcestaffed. Hex can get easily purged by lotus, etc.
Hex seem insuperior in almost all cases, but if you're vs. like an ember being able to jump hex from further away/team mates catching up can be pretty good. If enemy has an OD it can also be alright as you take less damage from OD ult.
Those are very specific, so that probably makes it obvious abbysal is way superior.
Another case of hex vs abbysal is when you DONT need to hex the target you're killing, and your team mates doesn't have a lot of utility.
- Hex the abaddon/Oracle that gonna save your target.
Again very specific. I honestly can't think of other reasons you'd buy hex over abbysal. If you think mana is a problem you're probably not playing Ursa right anyway.
- MB enemy have linkens, and you need an iitem to cancel linken to use abbysal. In this case you'd be better of with diffusal. and lategame you want other items, not a sheepstick that more or less only helps when you pick of heros that are solo. (Instantly worse in this meta cause people always 5man)
Echo have 4th highest winrate on ursa, so some ppl do that with a success, talk what ever 2d i know youre such a good player, echo sabre offers so much value, its pointless to talk why he fuck need add slow? Just try that combination with your q, target literally couldn't move at all,im not saying this is a fu best but its viable item for ursa as offer much more that any other early item , and you calling ppl stupid for that idea thats why i ever react.So keep try hard 2d but be nice to others,weakers,strongers.
to make use of echo sabre u need to not use ur empower in advance which is kinda shit cz u both gonna have long cd time till the next one, and you'll basically waste the whole echo sabre slow time casting the empower and not doing something useful

honestly echo sabre pa lc and ursa is really awful
does ur hero have low attack speed? echo sabre is so good
does ur hero have high attack speed? echo sabre is fuckign useless you might as well buy it on medusa for the stats
