id be the first one to say that sub tier 2 na dota is terrible. luckily we have 3 teams in na in col/fdl/np that can go even/beat almost any team in eu and egs better than every team in eu so this regions not a complete dumpster. throw in dc and uve got urself a better region than europe because at the end of the day the only teams that go to tournaments are the teams at the top.
its real sad to see what happens to the people below that though. prodota gamings pretty bad (relative to the teams i listed above in na and many teams in eu) and theyre going to lose in the regionals quite badly. not sure why people make such a big deal about them winning an open qualifier when quite frankly there were 0 teams that should be called professional teams in that qualifier outside of them.
I agree, welp let's just hope the teams from open qualis can compete and turn the US regional qualifier into some crazy killing crazed shit
