Tbh agreed. Dealing with ursa when ur team doesnt have the proper stuns/slows is dumb. A decent ursa can even rosh at min 4 with lvl 4 and morbid mask only.
Ursa will never win a game for his team late game tho. In the end you still need a hero on your team who can siege high ground, Sven does both those things.

1) AC is garbage in general and you only get it if you need it, the DPS it provides for the price is actually pretty terrible, and you should have echo saber which will give you attack speed to begin wit, you get it lategame only if you have no need for something else and are sieging
2) Having more disables always helps in prolonged fights, nobody guarantees you'll burst their whole team down
3) Force staff? Way to go full retard. If you need more mobility, get SnY.
4) You get crits as soon as you can sensibly afford it, after your core pt/dom/echo/blink (aka choose not to rush BKB, or to get BKB, and then crit), getting shadowblade along the lines is also ok in some situations
You need to realize you have no slots as is, and you farm rapidly, so there' no need to buy a ton of inefficient or stupid items.

Ofcourse, but you can control the early and mid game, creating space to your carries. Plus, getting the aegis will create a "hey, lets group up or push a tower while we have the aegis!" scenario.

Sven does more. He fights at the time ursa does, but he can rat, push waves out fast, take towers, 1v5. You can also rosh pre 20 mins with sven if you farm well.
You jsut have to know how to farm and sven is better. Sven deosn't require kills but he CAN get kills early with a fast blink so.
