As bh I go usually go brownboots into urn into arcanes, usually by the time I get urn I'm already level 5 or 6 and it just becomes a slaughterfest. Gank as much as possible, kill people as much as possible, snowball into victory, ez.
Depends if your team needs the armor (both the bpost and reductoon) or not, I mainly use it to boost the survivablity of my carries. And oh, solar crest is just lovely.
Just be flexible and think of what you need most for that game.
PRO TIP
In ns, people usually don't upgrade the courier until 5 mins in,if you're playing bh go behind the t1 at three minutes and wait for courier, that's usually going to be the time that ns mids get their bottles, you can just 1 hit the enemy courier if you break invis with your attack

Greaves rush is good because it takes off dust, has a 20 second cd reduction on the heal and arcanes, and frees up an item slot for wards.
I still usually make force staff first tho
Always have to be ready to save retards from yoloing and feeding comeback golds

it is if your team is heavy on physical damage also allows you to take rosh a bit earlier and faster
