Dude silencer has a great winrate across all brackets. 53.5% in 5K+, THAT'S MORE THAN SLARK!
He's fine as is.
Silencer is a counter of every hard caster and stuuner heroes. U can silence cm while she gone ult behind tree. U can also fuck up alche while he is shaking cocoon.
I cheese with Silencer, he does NOT need a buff lool. May be a minor one, but nothing as drastic as 4 int per kill. That is just insane.
