Probably Drow + SD I see them most of the time in Ranked Match. Same goes with OD and Meepo looks like some players can play him now, but not that good with their micros.

So other than less popularity on meta heroes its the same

Sea is shit and always will be shit so no meta works

Every knowledge you know about Dota JUST won't work in SEA.

Normal skill sea is a vastly different world though. U don't see much SD or drow. Tanks always win.
