So i have been thinking about using this guy for awhile. He has everything a support want, although it requires a massive skill some people said. Any ideas what needs to be known and improved when playing him ? And also is he relevant in this current patch ? Only played him in IMBA game mode where he's literally an annoying stun+silence artillery
