Why am i never in Same game with enemy from previous game but very often with allies? Is it cuz the +/- 25?

it's because valve tries to fit both teams to same avg mmr

meaning both won/lost, aka both get +-25 and are similar mmr again

aka another chance to get on the same team due to same avg

enemy gets the opposite loss/win from that game, so they're 50 mmr away from you now

It is still possible, if you and your enemy's MMR gap has actually been closed instead of widened apart due to the game. Say in a 4k average game you are 3975 and your enemy is 4025, and you won. So both your MMR becomes 4000 or something close like that.

But the likelihood of this happening is still lower than having the same teammate in the next game. Dodging them is essential if you found them to be toxic or undeserving of the MMR they got (or just about any reason).

Yes, it's possible to get matched up against your allies or enemies although the chance are very low to happen.

I see the same peopl over and over because there are quite few high mmr players in aus. It is both good and bad because you get to know other players pretty well and there's great banter but when you play the 20th game of your life with some shitter you know is awful but you forgot to dodge it gets really exhausting. I don't think there is anything special about getting the same allies twice, I think it is just happenstance. I've had plenty of games where I play with one guy one game then he's on the other side the next, and vice versa.
