^That's the problem with me whenever I lose I find match right away and try to win and get the MMR back I lost in previous game. But unfortunately, I'll lose again and do exaclty the same thing whenever I lose, which is: Finding Match.
u can try wining 2 games at the morning , take a break , then try win 2 games at night cause thats my style of playing it gives u more time to prepare for what u want to use and how u gonna play for the upcoming games other than spamming til u drop

i played like 3 games on SEA this year they were all terrible. 2/3 had rage quits, and the other was a 70 minute farming simulator where our carry was apparently trapped in the jungle forever.
people say NA dota is clowny but at least people are constantly feeding. maybe try different server?

I lost 200 MMR in just 1 day from 4.5k to 4.3k real quick! Can you please recommend me a good support or carry to stomp in Ranked Match to win? Don't know if my team is the problem or only me.
