Just learn how to zone and pull. Rotate if your lane is won. All you have to do to reach 4k as a pos 5 is to not stand around next to your carry like an idiot for the whole laning stage doing nothing or aggroing the whole creep wave while you try to run up to the offlaner trying to right click them.

is it safe to say that picking position 5 can also put you at 4k mmr as long as you buy wards and support items etc?
