I want to try out new heroes. in General Discussion
Dr. Banana

I can't have lycan as my only main (I know I'm not that good at him, but I certainly feel comfortable and am satisfied with my last few matches), and I don't want to play slark anymore. People suggested me brood, but I can't get the hang of her (in bot matches). So I came up with 3 (gotta start out small):

    Carry:

    Naga, Luna,

    Support: Oracle

I'm having doubts about them though. Illusions got nerfed against buildings. Would naga and Luna still be viable?

As for oracle, I'm pretty sure he's op in pubs. I know he got nerfed, but are they significant enough to dumpster him?

I can't really play normal matches right now but sometimes I fire up the PC and practise some games. My computer currently has version 6.88d. Is it OK to practise those heroes with an older version of dota 2 and get the grasp of them?

Even with the nerf to illusions against buildings Naga and Luna are okay at the moment. Luna is slightly better off though. With Naga, just practice last hitting and learn how to cut all three lanes with illusions once you have your radiance. Luna is pretty straightforward. As for Oracle, I can't tell you much because I have never played him, but he has been strong in pubs for awhile now.

If you are going to play Oracle you REALLY have to understand how his abilities work, not just memorize combo's. You will be able to adapt to a lot of situations.

It is pretty easy to fuck up a teammate with Oracle if you dont completely understand what you are doing.

Just pick a hero that fits your playstyle.

No need in luna and naga on normal skill. Play AM and WK.Weaver is okay too but he doesnt provide enough of right click dmg at the moment . These stomp normal skill and make u understand the game better
