because your gpm is too low, your hd dmg is too low, and you steal kills, and your LH/D in 10 minutes is low, along with games where you performed badly.
the game tracks how you perform with a perticular hero relative to higher skilled bracket players, in other words when you play luna, and play like a vhs player, then you will end up in VHS or HS, but you play your heroes like a NS player
well i think the skill bracket are based on your mmr, so even if you play supp as long as its a high mmr game then you'll get the high and very high skill bracket
You better watch your previous games to know your mistakes , and that will help you to improve your skills
