                    Also aiming for Saitama's 10 km a day run. Accumulated like 17 yesterday since I ran in the morning and evening. I have to stretch my calves every 2-3 km though. It gets painful in the legs but I hope I get used to it somehow...

                        Eat as many as u want on breakfast. Dont worry about it. But on dinner just eat a little or dont eat at all since our body dont work much on night time. But even if i eat many on dinner i cant even hit 50kg. Wtf is happening with my body.

                                  protein fills you up way better than carbs, so go find cheap sources of protein - eggs, beans, nuts, tuna
                                  and go to the gym to build some muscle - it helps burn more calories even when you're resting
