When i was in Dubai on business trip i couldn't find ranked game on Dubai server in 3k bracket for 30 minute, and never found any. All people in Dubai were playing half year ago on SEA server for mmr.
try to play in Eu server all ur teammates are good but also ur enemies\
but just play in the server where ur ping is good
Russia is the friendliest from my experiance
But you shouldnt limit yourself with bad ping.
In rus your team is more cooperative, but so is theirs.
In sea your teammates hate eachother, but so does their team.
When I play at russian server, I have no idea if my teammates are russians or not cause they are friendly for some reason, and mostly at russian server i'm the reason why my team is loosing.
But I play EU W only tho, EU E is crap, would have best ping in russia tho.
australia. better, i visit australia once. by accident and i can still remember that australia game. kind of game that i want. good people, coordination. the tense. i am using pa that time with good rubick supporting me. close game. love that game
What's wrong with filipino server? I carry those peenoise every day. Jk try japan server since its calm and no one blames you for what you didn't do and the ping normally ranges from 72-90ms here in SEA
japan server, they dont know what you are saying, and you dont know what they are saying

Australia, ever since I started playing, I don't ever think i've had a full on flamer that i've had to mute
Anything but south america, latinos are very toxic, like to a point that some countries have separate servers
i play with brazilians though , they are mostly good and/or friendly but man the few toxic ones are rentless, don't test your luck
Japan(south korea) server is less toxic. We have 50 % Koreans, 25 % chinese, 10% pinoys, 10 % indo, 5 % russian.
waiting time will be bit longer than SEA tho.
Are people from japan server care about their teammate. I mean like choosing the hero wisely not that sea 5 carry in 1 team
Op if u want mmr play on SEA if u want less toxic players play Australia and US server
