Depends on how many shooters you've played since then, if it's not many then it's pretty good. Just learn basic smokes, flashes and such and it should shoot up quickly... Also the 2 games a day I'd assume is for smurfers, like how Dota needs a lvl 20 profile, but CSGO allows you to queue competitive right away
Game is so simple that if you don't really spend that much time you'll be stuck in the same level or even become worse like i did
Stopped caring about it since Valve keeps lowering the skill ceiling in the game (one of the most memorable one for me was the fucking bullet tagging update,1 hit and you walk like a snail,making the guy who hits his shot first wins the duel,so it won't require you as much movement prediction as it used to be)
Focus on memorizing spray pattern and positioning
Duels are more slow paced and positional dependant compared to 1.6,so don't rely on your aim too much
no it's meh, decent shit starts at supreme - global but it's shit there anyway if u want to pla ysoem srs cs u play shit like esea or something

I finally started to play CS:go and I need 5 more wins to calibrate my rating.
I'm playing against GOLD-Nova masters and master guardians in my matches.
Stupid thing, but they added cooldown on your compeittive till you reach your skill group. You're able to play just two matches per day(2 wins)..
Is Gold Nova Master/Master Guradian good for a starter? I did play CS 1.6 back in 2008, and I was pretty decent. BUT, it's been a long time..
And for sure, CS GO is way different.
