treads make u farm faster in pro calculation i think they saw its more farm but phase are situational alot if u need it
Ya I just get so much value out of the active on phase with jugg myself but I am sure there are playstyles as mentioned above where treads could be good .

i saw a game of arteezy with treads boots on juggernaut, its the first time i see this boots on jugg, aways phase boots, i wanna know in what kind of situacions treads boots are better than phase boots on jugg, ty
