It was a decent pick, he was not going for a counter only 1 hero he was going for trying to counter all the best he could. Your draft was already bad, his pick was justified to help your team fight
YE u may be right. But what pos5 can really hard counter their line up anyway? Right now all I can think about is disruption from Shadow demon for their initiation and purge for kiting. But SD is really bad in lower brackets... Silencer is basically a counter to anything. But I hear he is at least a good zoner

The sad part is that this account is my main, and all other accounts have higher mmr so I wanted to boost my mmr on this one.
Tbh, the only reason why I play on this account is that I don't need to pay shit to add someone on my friendlist(none of my smurfs can add someone, and I am not going to pay money on a smurf, so...)
Also, the pick was horrible, we even adviced him to go sd for the drow strat but he wanted the "last pick counter". He didn't join team fights at all.
The main problem with this guy is that he initially came into the game with the attitude of "hey, see me, I am a pro supporter, let me counter pick and show those kids who is the boss" and it backfired very hard. As a guy who mainly plays supp I didn't see one thing in the game he did right and in the end I ended up supporting more then he did(as in buying more support items and even actively supporing in the team fights.

he was literally the last pick and he picks silencer against a lineup of sven, rubick, zeus, clock and veno
i know mmr is just a number but how is it possible to be that dumb, in what world does silencer counter any of those heroes?
