But things can get interesting/chaotic for the pro scene if MK is released few weeks before the upcoming Major as the new abilities are never tested in DotA and will need adjustment.
Judging on how Valve values balance.
It's whether pretty soon or right after the next Major.

Well just because it's a new hero doesn't mean it will be very exciting. I hope it lives up to the hype, but I doubt it. There are very few unique concepts left in Dota.
Once Volvo has had enough time to tweak the balance of the hero. Sometimes it can be shortly after, other times (earth spirit) it can take a long time before a hero is seen as balanced enough for CM. All depends on how he's released and what people can do with our new Harambee hero
The Chinese will take over Dota, Guan Yu and Jackie Chan are going to be the next playable heroes.
He wont be available in captains mode when released either way, so he wont have any effect on the major. I'm hoping he will come with 6.89 which is probably going to be before the major
