skill bracket is based on the average skill in a game
so if a 2.5k(ns) and a 4.5k(VHS) queue, then the average is 3.5 aka HS

0-3.2k is Normal SKill , 3.2-3.8 Is high skill, 3.8 above is VHS.
So Calculate ur avg mmr and find which bracket it lies in. U will find the skill bracket
