All winrate means is how far you are from your true MMR either + or -.
If your winrate is 50.00% that means you are precisely where you are supposed to be.
If your winrate is 60% that means you are underrated and going up.
If your winrate is 40% that means you are overrated and going down.
That's literally it.
Also, global winrate means literally nothing, recent winrate matters a lot more. For example, my recent winrate (past 3-6 months) is closer to 70%.
Yours is 55-60% (still not bad)
But you can't compare skill to winrate.
My team is Picsleader will probably play carry (7.3k or something)
Guy named David, he isn't really known. Apparently he is 8k, but his mmr is always hidden. He plays better than the 7.3k guy though so I believe it. He will either support or offlane.

cheddotas one of the most hated people in na, picsleader used to be up there before he stopped playing but hes the best out of those 3 i imagine.
