Well, she does start the game with 140 range, that's actually less than melee range (150) since the general melee range buff.

that doesn't change her from being a ranged hero though...

she has less range than a melee hero

it must be an error cus mechanically she is ranged

Her passives gives additional att range.

she is ranged
she has a projectile, and item interactions are the same as for other ranged heroes even if u dont skill psi blades
