the nerfs are based on how strong certain heroes are in competitive or on how much they annoy the audience (techies, f.e.). omni sucks in competitive, and generally ppl dont give a fuck about him.
the shit being balance dor not balanced in shitty brackets has very little to do with actual game of dota2.
omni winrate is highly biased to the circumstances of this hero being picked, too.
onni ulti can be purged with sd ulti arc wrath brewmasters ulti the blue panda ... YOU ARE JUST FUCKI*NG SHITT FU*K U PIECE OF SHHH NOOB
ômni has high winrate cuz he counters popular heroes such as PA/LC etc and counter the 5 melee carry type of games that you may get in lower tiers
One reason is that you can purge both repel and ulti with diffusal blade, making him a bit useless. Also, the ulti can be purged by invoker's too.

Volvo isn't rito, if it has 55-60% Win rate it generaly means that he is a noob stomper, so learn to play against. omni isn't a treat in high levels cause people know how to counter.

The hero has almost 60% WR in all the brackets for a long time now........ i dont see him nerfed.. isnt the goal of volvo is to maintain winrates at 50% and *balance* the game?
