We eliminate matches where stats were not recorded (or we suspect that to be the case since it has not been made available from valve). I suspect yasp just treats all matches as both recorded and significant? I don't know how they handle certain game modes, holidays etc. (we also remove those from your global winrate)
sorry i think i worded it wrong i am Scottish so my English sucks. i meant the games where your Public Data is off. i noticed yasp still records them some how
Oh afaik they don't respect the privacy setting in game (but i really haven't looked into this in awhile). If you toggle your privacy settings frequently it may take a few days for Dotabuff to get the matches (but we will get them). If you want to speed this up hit the "update match history" button here: http://www.dotabuff.com/settings
