gap closers (e.g. am, storm spirit), heroes with minions (e.g. invoker, np, brood) and illusionists
naga mid is the best thing you can do to counter arc warden, whole game long
(slark mid ain't bad aswell, but he kind of have trouble against split push of the clone)

Started spamming Arc a bit and he is OP as fuck. I honestly think he's way worse than 6.86 Invoker or any of that shit. Even then, are there any heroes I should watch out for? So far the only hero that really troubled me has been Anti Mage but even he became quite useless as soon as I got a Bloodthorn.
