No items and heroes are redundant under the right circumstances.
I'd say it was overnerfed, but if you can survive the damage amplification and can reach your opponent without problem (e.g.: supports holding them up for you to hit), that attack speed can be very nice which is almost what 2 hyperstones give
Mask of Madness has a ~53.0% winrate ALL TIME. It has a ~48.6% winrate in the last month. That's a pretty big drop.
Wow, now that I think if I haven't seen anyone run Mask of Madness in quite a long time.
And the last time I used it was a few weeks ago when I was trolling as Bane and bought a Mask of Madness to say "No one knew who I was until I put on the mask" in all-chat.
If I didn't do that, I would say 3+ months ago.

Nah hurricane pike enchantress is fine since they nerfed her and capped the damage on her ult.
I can't really think of any op items, bloodthorne has tons of counters and is fucking expensive, they nerfed dragon lance already, they nerfed yasha based items move speed, they nerfed silver edge already, they nerfed glimmer cape a long time ago.
Aquila is probably too good of stats for the price for a single slot, it should probably cost 100g more or give 2 or 3 less agility.
I think bkb might be a tad bit underpowered now considering how quickly it drops to a 5s immunity. If it started at 9 seconds and only dropped to 6 that might be more balanced. It's quite expensive considering how many things it doesn't block.
