Its 23rd for americans so it should be during the night in Europe.
Patches usually come at 22:00 or 23:00.

Because it's currently 2 AM in Valve HQ and people have to sleep you know, I think that we can expect patch in minimum ~7 hrs or so if they want to release it in the morning, which they don't have to so we could wait even longer.
i have to wait until 24th coz i live in australia
unlucky for me, have to wait another whole day
