BKB, Force Staff's (pickup by Support). Blink initiations. Euls (support pickup, or pos. 3/4). Good Initiating heroes like Magnus, Enigma, Void, Beastmaster (all ults that pierce BKB).
Or if you are supporting, pick heroes that are great at pickoffs. Disruptor, Kunkka, Shadow Demon.

this is the kind of question that cant be really answered and is different every match, you just need to fight properly and jump right targets
some games it's just unavoidable and you need your team to hold them down for you
What heros are u talking about ?
If its Tinker, then u can place wards on side lanes and w8 for him blinking in the trees. Pick him off and push 4v5.

How do you counter a team where defensive items / spells / kiting is constantly applied every teamfight so either
A) I can't get a clean initiation.
or
B) Even if I do, my team can never kill anything.
or
C) By the time we finally exhaust all their defensive and counterganking abilities, we can no longer take a fight because our own ultimates were used defensively, or team HP / MP is too low to pursue, or we have already lost multiple heroes?
I know that the pro method is to play like Newbee and be very coordinated and precise in every fight, but what can I do in a solo pub with uncoordinated teammates?
