what is there to understand? if an enemy hero enters 400 range around her she doesn't get the 40/60/80 agi
ok 1 more quiestion whats is situation when hero ,,cannot act. there is stun cycloned taunted slept hidden forced movement
what is the question there? you answered it yourself
you can't give a hero a command while he can't act (technically you can but he won't execute it while he can't act). stuff that makes you not be able to act:
stunned- any stun
cyclone- eul's scepter/invoker tornado
slept- ET stomp
hidden- OD astral imprisonment
forced movement- pudge hook
there is a situation where morphling can use his morph (cyclon d stunned hidden rtc) but there are situations when hes hexed silenced and ,,cannot act,,
yes because that's how morph is made to work, you can use it while stunned. but you can't while he's silenced/hexed because there's a giant X over your abilities preventing you from using them.
actually you can use morph while under any effect that makes you not be able to act if you turn it on before you get hexed/silenced etc.
