Wait so if you target a hero while teleporting you'll follow him even thru fog?
This does seem useful until fixed.
you are following the direction of his blink cz u know it. the hero is facing towards the location he blinks to.
if he went into the fog and then blinked into a different direction, your hero would follow the path he "saw" and go towards the place where the hero you are trying to catch disappeared from your sight.

But your hero might know more accurately where he is.
Because visually there is still a decently large arc of where you can blink to.

Lol it dosnt know where he is just in what direction he Tpd\blink\ or whatever. Which you can just see by just looking.
